Following a complaint by the Jharkhand Janadhikar Mahasabha, the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes issued a notice, in a letter dated 2 May 2019, to the Director General of Police of Jharkhand and the Gumla Superintendent of Police, seeking an inquiry report within 15 days.[1]
